Strawberry Lemon Ginger Fizz Ingredients

The awesome thing about this drink is that it is simple. I love recipes that have simple instructions and easy to acquire ingredients. If it takes me all day to make a drink, I will honestly probably not make it!

Only 3 ingredients go into this drink:

  • Ginger Soda
  • Lemonade Concentrate
  • Frozen Strawberries in Juice

That’s it!

To make this a boozy drink, simply swap the ginger soda for a ginger beer.

How to Make This Mocktail

First, make sure that you pop your frozen strawberries and lemonade concentrate in the fridge the night before so that they thaw out.

Next, in a large pitcher or punch bowl, add 4 cups of ginger soda, the entire can of lemonade concentrate, and half of the container of thawed strawberries. Make sure that you are grabbing both the strawberries and the juice!

Mix it all up and it’s ready!

I like to serve with a wedge of an orange and some mint leaves over ice.

This strawberry lemon ginger fizz gets the fizz from the ginger soda, which also helps to keep it light. It isn’t as calorie laden as some other summertime drinks can quickly become.

That said, this drink has a big punch from the ginger! If you want to sweeten yours up a bit more, add the entire container of strawberries and juice, or make a simple syrup and add to get the level of sweetness you desire.

Strawberry Fizz Tips

As I said, this is a mocktail by design so that the whole family can enjoy. If you want to make it boozy, swap out the ginger soda for a ginger beer!

Make it a dessert by adding a scoop of your favorite (non-dairy) vanilla ice cream to make a Fizz Float!

Finally, if you are allergic to shellfish, make sure that you wash your fresh oranges (if using for garnish) in boiling water to remove the wax coating. This coating is oftentimes made with shellac that causes a cross reaction in people allergic to shellfish!
