Learn how to make food allergy substitutions in your favorite recipes for cooking and baking. Don’t throw away family favorites! Let’s make them safe and delicious to enjoy with this food allergy substitution guide. Simple swaps to make foods safe and delicious.

When first diagnosed with a food allergy, you might be worried about all the things that you can’t enjoy. But don’t worry! I’m here to tell you that you CAN still enjoy the foods and recipes that you love, in a new, safe and delicious way! Food allergy substitutions exist that are easy to use and taste delicious.

But you can’t just replace things in a one to one ratio and expect them to work perfectly.

Stepping into the kitchen when you can’t use traditional ingredients can be overwhelming. You might try something only to discover it doesn’t work and you might feel defeated (I know I have at various points in my cooking).

Friend, I am here to save you TIME and MONEY because I’ve been testing food allergy swaps for years. As someone who has over 70 different food allergies, I’ve tried just about every swap out there and have gathered together a list of the best of them so you can get back to enjoying your favorite foods again as soon as possible.

The best food allergy substitutions usually depends on the role it plays in a recipe. So if you need to replace an ingredient in baking, it will play a different role than if you were to enjoy it raw.

So, are you ready to dive in? I’ve tested and tasted all of these swaps myself, so I can tell you how well they work. I love these swaps so much that I’ve put together a free allergy ingredient substitution ebook so you can learn how to make these food swaps work for you, too! I’ve helped hundreds of people with their food allergies and I’m so excited to help you.

So, What Exactly Does This Book Cover?
