Easy Baked S'mores Donuts

Classic summer s’mores donuts! Rich gluten free and vegan chocolate baked donuts are topped with a creamy marshmallow frosting, sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs, and drizzled with melted chocolate ganache.

What You'll Need

Step One

Mix the batter in a bowl, combining first the wet ingredients followed by sifting in the dry ingredients.

Step Two

Using a piping bag or a couple of spoons, carefully place the batter into a greased donut pan and bake for about 25 minutes.

Step Three

While the donuts are cooling, it's time to make the marshmallow frosting! Melt vegan marshmallows in a pan, adding the dairy free milk. Dip the cooled donuts in the frosting and sprinkle and decorate. That's it!
