Step One

Whisk together first the wet ingredients, followed by the dry. A thick batter should form, but don't overman!

Step Two

Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan.Bake the banana bread until a toothpick pulls out clean, anywhere from 65 to 75 minutes.

Step Three

The important thing, especially if you are using gluten free flour, is to let it rest in the hot pan for at least an hour! The residual heat will help hold the shape and crumb of the banana bread.
