Ingredients

Base Recipe

  • 1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice I recommend rice or cow milk for this recipe
  • Pinch salt

Carrot Cake

  • 1 Basic recipe
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Apple Pie

  • 1 basic recipe
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 3 dates, pitted and chopped
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • pinch nutmeg

Blueberry Vanilla

  • 1 basic recipe
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or other small container with a lid, mix the oats and milk.
  • Add your flavoring of choice. Mix well to incorporate all ingredients. Press the oats down into the jar so that they are completely covered by the milk. More milk may be added to ensure this.
  • Cover securely with the lid and place in the refrigerator for overnight or at least 8 hours. Serve hot or cold the next morning. Can top with more toppings if desired!
