No eggs, no dairy
Make the batter by sifting the dry ingredients together and adding them to the wet ingredients. It all mixes up in one bowl!
Bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes. They take a little longer then other cupcakes because of how thick the batter is. Let them cool before frosting.
Mix up the vegan buttercream frosting. Use ACV to make it tangy without vegan cream cheese. It's so good!
