Step One
Mix cubed tofu with soy sauce and cornstarch. Bake for 12 minutes to get crispy. No tofu pressing required!
Step Two
After baking, mix the crispy tofu with the homemade sauce (ingredients on the blog!) and bake for an additional 7 to 10 minutes.
Step Three
After baking again, the tofu is done!
