First, make the crust! Mix it all together until a crumbly dough forms. Press it into a parchment lined pan.
Mix together the pumpkin pie filling! Super easy and loaded with lots of spices. Pour over top the crust and bake.
Bake for 35 minutes and let it cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving. I like these bars served chilled best!
