Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins


These easy to make gluten free blueberry muffins are so delicious with wild blueberries and lemon zest! Dairy and egg free options included.

What You'll Need

Coat the Blueberries

No matter if you use fresh or frozen, it helps to coat the berries in some extra flour. This way they don't sink to the bottom!

Mix the Batter

With a hand mixer or stand mixer, first mix the wet ingredients, and then add the dry. Finally add the  berries and some lemon zest for the best muffins.

Bake the Muffins

Bake the muffins for 25 minutes. Sprinkle them with a little sugar on top for an extra touch of sweet.
