Gluten free banana muffins are a healthy and quick breakfast! Made with simple ingredients, soft and buttery.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
To Make: First, mash the bananas in a bowl. I use a fork for about a minute.
Sift the dry ingredients together and mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
Scoop into lined muffin trays and bake for 23 minutes or until golden brown.
Super fluffy on the inside!
