What You'll Need

Make the Cookies

Whisk together the dry ingredients and wet ingredients before combining them. Gently press them into a pan and bake for 25 minutes.

Add the Icing

In a small saucepan, make the brown sugar icing by melting dairy free butter and brown sugar together. Add sugar, vanilla, and salt. Top the pumpkin bars and enjoy!
