Sift all the dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl. If you are adding raisins, add them now, too!
Whisk the wet ingredients together in a larger bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer. You can make this by hand, but it's a lot easier with a mixer.
When a shaggy dough forms, it's time to shape the bread!
Shape on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Don't forget to cut an "X" into the top of the bread to help it bake.
