Vegan Apple Cake

This easy vegan apple cake is the perfect way to celebrate fall. Filled with crisp apples and warm spices, it’s easy to mix together. Casual or fancy, this apple cake is perfect.

What You'll Need

Sift dry ingredients

In a small bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Sift or whisk together. Set aside.


Mix wet ingredients

Mix together all the wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and gently fold together.


Add the Apples

Add finely diced apples to the cake. Mix it in by hand so they don't all end up on the bottom of the cake.


Bake the cake!

Bake at 350F for 40 to 45 minutes or until done. You can sprinkle sugar on top if you like for a crispy sugar crust!
