No Bake Cheesecake

Light and fluffy no bake cheesecake! Perfect for hot weather days this cool and creamy dessert is simple + sweet. Gluten + Nut free!


First, make the graham cracker crust and pop it in the freezer while you make the filling.

Mix the whipping cream on high until stiff peaks form. Set this aside and mix up the cream cheese with sugar and other ingredients.

Gently fold the whipping cream into the cream cheese and mix until it's creamy and looks like this.

Pop in the fridge and let it chill at least 6 hours but overnight is best! That makes for the best slicing and holding together texture.
