Easy No Bake Granola Bars

These perfect homemade granola bars are soft, chewy, and filled with healthy protein, fiber, and fats, all in an easy to make recipe.

What You'll Need

Step One

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add mini chocolate chips if you like!

Step Two

Stir in the wet ingredients. I love to use sunflower seed butter in these for good protein and keeping it nut free.

Step Three

Press into a pan and let it chill for at least 1 hour but overnight is better. Then, slice and enjoy!
