Step One
Sift the dry ingredients together before adding the wet ingredients. Gently whisk together to combine.
Step Two
Bake the cupcakes for 21 minutes and let cool completely before frosting.
Step Three
Make the pumpkin frosting with a hand mixer or stand mixer. Add pumpkin spice to taste, I use about 2 teaspoons! Frost the cupcakes and add sprinkles if desired.
