What You'll Need

Cook the Veggies

In a large skillet, cook the onions and celery in butter, olive oil, or stock. Add the salt and fresh herbs. Transfer to a large bowl.

Cook the Sausage! 

In the same skillet, cook the sausage until fully cooked.

Mix together

In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Transfer to a baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
