Apple Cider Cupcakes

Delicious + easy apple cider cupcakes! Sweet cake packed with apple flavor and topped with a maple cream cheese buttercream frosting. Gluten free + dairy free!

You only need a few simple ingredients to make these cupcakes. Make sure you find apple cider - but in a pinch, apple juice will work.

Mix the butter & sugars in a bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to make it easier.

It should look like this after mixing!

Add your eggs one at a time.

The batter will look like this when it's ready to go!

Pour into the prepared tray and bake for 23-25 minutes.

Frost with the maple cream cheese buttercream and sprinkle with cinnamon.
