Ingredients

Here is a quick rundown of what you need to make this turkey seasoning mix. For the full recipe, complete with measurements, see the recipe card below.

Ingredients for the seasoning mix on a white round plate on a wood table. Black and white labels have been added to name each ingredient.
Ingredients on a small plate.
  • Kosher Salt: Kosher salt is less salty than other salts like table salt. If you are using a salt that isn’t kosher salt, make sure to half the amount.
  • Paprika: Sweet or smoked paprika both work great!
  • Brown Sugar: I like to use brown sugar but you can also use coconut sugar for a refined-sugar free option.
  • You’ll Also Need: Black Pepper, Dried Thyme, Dried Sage, Dried Rosemary, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder

Variations

If you are making this for your Thanksgiving dinner or holiday meal, you can totally replace the dried herbs with fresh herbs. Make sure to use double the amount of fresh herbs as dried herbs are more potent.

Instructions

Making this couldn’t be any easier!

Make sure to check out the recipe card below for the full recipe and ingredient list.

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, paprika, dried thyme, dried sage, dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. That’s it!
